Recruiting 2.0 is here, and we want to celebrate with all of you!
Come Recommended is excited to officially announce our newest service: GoodieRecruit! GoodieRecruit brings employers, candidates and nonprofits together in a way never experienced before. We partner with nonprofits to host “experiences” where candidates will perform tasks that will be typical of the job for which they are applying. The experiences are taped and each candidate is rated on their performance. This information is then given to the hiring organization with recommendations for final interviews. Come Recommended will be hosting the Goodie Recruit launch party on February 4, 2010 (Thursday) at Busboys & Poets in Washington, D.C. from 6-8pm. All local DC communicators and entry-level job seekers are invited to attend. You can sign up for your free ticket here! We’re even going to be giving out awesome Goodie Bags with the latest books from Heather Huhman, Lisa Orrell and Alexandra Levit!
